Topic:  What to Expect When You’re Inspected? Navigating through the Complexity of the Regulatory World

Imagine this… you get a call from the CUPA inspector requesting an inspection at your facility next week. Wait, what is a CUPA? An inspection?? What are they going to look at? No need to panic… well just yet. This session will provide an overview & insight on what a CUPA inspector looks at and reviews during a hazmat inspection. What are the most commonly cited violations & how stay in compliance. And most importantly, how to avoid sitting in that awkward enforcement hearing.
