Dick is the wizard ready to pull back the curtain on how to survive a visit from Cal/ OSHA. As a 33 year veteran, Dick has the inside story. Even if you have attended other Cal/OSHA inspection seminars – this is one you won’t want to miss.  Dick has extensive experience in conducting  inspections, surveys, and other investigations.  He has implemented Department  policies, recommended penalties, prepared  citations for prosecution and has appeared before the Appeals Board.  His candid presentation style assures a valuable message for every employer.
